High-maintenance, low-profit-margin customers are not only an impediment, a detraction, but they can be the final torpedo that sinks your ship. Clearly define "a good customer" in terms of time, resources and profit. In today's Digital Marketplace of 2.2 billion patrons & consumers, align yourself with like-minded, valued and matured. I personally believe our karma, the total affect of our being, is where our answers are awaiting their discovery. - Mollee D. Harper
